- November 15: Leadership Team applications open.
- November 30: The Leadership Team application window closes.
- December 1: Junior staff applications open.
- December 1: Senior Staff applications open.
- December 15: Leadership Team Final selection will be made.
- December 31: The junior staff position application window closes.
- January 22-25: Junior Staff interviews held
- January 31: Junior staff final selections made.
