Arnold Senior Delaney Rogers has been selecteed to the Scott Scholars program at Hastings College.  As a Scott scholar, she will join a cohort of high academic performers, pursuing degrees in business or STEM. The program, funded by the Suzanne and Walter Scott Foundation, allows seven incoming students each year to receive a renewable scholarship that covers 100 percent of tuition, plus $2,000 in annual educational and experiential enrichment funding.  The program is designed to help develop the next generations of leaders in Nebraska.

Delaney had her official signing May 2, in the school gym. The school showed its support, with Grades K-12 attending.  Also there were the many adults in Dealney’s life who have made an impact on her life so far through their teaching in school and in community organizations that she has been active in.

Delaney has been involved in cheer, volleyball, and basketball, speech, one acts, National Honor Society, Junior Chamber, Rotary Interact, 4H and Teammates.  At Hastings College, she will continue cheerleading for the Hastings Broncos.
