On behalf of five RYLA graduates, Nicole Badgley approached the Arnold Rotary Club to start an Interact Club for high school ages kids. The five girls were Deaney Rogers, Skylar Ellison, Jazlyn Bechtold, Harmony Borah, and Tahnna Nokes of Arnold and Callaway High Schools. With very little discussion, the Rotary voted unanimously to support an Interact Club for the surrounding areas.
The club was voted to be a community-based club so that we could have teenagers from any of the surrounding towns participate. Nicole Badgley was designated as the contact person to notify the schools in the surrounding areas of this opportunity.
